Hotchkiss seeks to inspire a diverse range of students to live together in a pluralistic and inclusive learning community where they feel safe and supported. We focus on teaching our students empathy, social skills, resilience, and self awareness to foster a sense of community and belonging. With a gift to The Hotchkiss Fund for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, you help our students feel a sense of belonging at Hotchkiss. Training of our faculty and staff, inviting inspirational speakers, and creating opportunities for community conversations, learning, and development are all possible because of the generosity of donors like you.
